Authorization & Release
I hereby authorize and consent to my child’s participation in the East Nashville Explorers Program from Monday June 18 to Friday June 29, 2018 with the Littlestone Group managing and operating this program. As used in this authorization and release, the term East Nashville Explorers Program includes, without limitation, the property and buildings used by the Program, the improvements thereon, as well as the parking areas. I understand that the Littlestone Group and East Nashville Explorers are relying on this consent, authorization, and release as a condition of them permitting my child or ward to participate in this program.
I understand that although the East Nashville Explorers and its respective staff will take all reasonable precautions to insure safety, they cannot insure that I, my child or ward are free from the risk of injury, loss, or damage to person or property, and I hereby assume all of said risks for myself and child or ward.
In consideration of the use and availability of the services and facilities involved during the East Nashville Explorers by me and my child or ward, if any, I hereby agree to the extent allowed by law to release, relieve, hold harmless and indemnify the Littlestone Group, East Nashville Explorers, and their respective officers, agents, instructors, and employees from all liability and claims arising out of any accident or injury suffered or incurred by me or my child or ward while participating in the East Nashville Explorers.
In case of a medical emergency, in the event that I or the emergency contact I provided cannot be reached, I hereby authorize my child or ward to be treated at the nearest hospital. The Littlestone Group and the East Nashville Explorers, and their officials are hereby authorized to take actions they deem necessary for the emergency medical treatment of your child or ward. Also, it is understood that neither medial nor health insurance coverage is supplied by the East Nashville Explorers and that the participant is responsible for all insurance coverage.
I understand that photography, audio, and or video production may be conducted during East Nashville Explorers. I fully grant the Littlestone Group and East Nashville Explorers and those acting under their permission or upon their authority, the unqualified right and permission to reproduce, copyright, publish or otherwise use my child’s photographic likeness and irrevocable consent thereto.
Policies & Procedures
The deadline for registration is June 1, 2018. Payment can be provided upon registration unless specific exception has been made. Until full payment is received your registration is not guaranteed and your spot can not be reserved. Full payment must be received by the start of the program.
A full refund is available at any time before the start of the program. After June 1, 2018 no refund may be guaranteed.
Financial assistance is strictly need-based and will be handled on a case by case basis. We have a very limited scholarship fund and scholarships may not be available until later in the spring, or closer to the start of the program. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss our financial assistance options.
Lunch is NOT provided by the program. Participants are responsible for bringing their own meal and snacks each day. If meal options are offered by the hosting facility, those options will be relayed to you as soon as the information is presented to us.
Participation in the program will require complete and full attendance. Lessons, rehearsals, projects and instruction will be given throughout each day and is dependent on each member of the group. Missing any of these days will limit the experience and successful progress through the program. If a student's attendance record is not sufficient, the administration reserves the right to deny participation in the final concert.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that their child is dropped off and picked up promptly at the start and end of each day.
For each child’s safety, only individuals designated on in the registration form will be allowed to pick-up a child at the end of each day. Photo ID will be required of the individual at the time of pick-up unless otherwise noted on participant's registration form.
Participants not picked up by 3:30pm, without prior contact, will be Invoiced an additional supervision fee of $10 per day at the end of the program.
Students are invited to arrive each day aT 8:30am but must leave by 3:30pm unless given permission by the administration or faculty beforehand. All camp activities will take place at our host facility and other pre-approved facilities. A complete list of the facilities will be provided to you before the first day of camp.
For the safety of each participant and the safety of everyone involved at the program, only individuals designated on the Transportation Information section of the registration forms will be allowed to pick-up their children at the end of each day. Photo ID may be required at the time of pick-up.
Tuition covers all activities and supplies required for the two week session, including a camp shirt. Suggested attire is comfortable clothing that allows movement. While we encourage students to express their individuality at all times, we reserve the right to deny entry to any student who we deem dons inappropriate or offensive attire.
East Nashville Explorers may terminate any registration and child’s participation at any time for health, safety, disciplinary, or welfare concerns. Refunds will be at the discretion of the administration at that time.
If a participant drives or transports themselves, you assume all the responsibility for their safe travel to and from the program.
Consider bringing a refillable water bottle that you can easily write on.
